To ensure that client expectations are met, Mindbank assigns a Quality Assurance representative
at the beginning of each project to maintain regular contact with clients, the dedicated Account
Management Team and the consultants. Mindbank’s consultants all come with a performance guarantee
– if the job isn't getting done to your satisfaction within a reasonable period of time, you
don’t pay and the consultant is replaced.
