Consulting

Consultants are paid on an hourly basis and placed on projects ranging from a few months to several years. As a Mindbank consultant, you can work as an independent contractor or a Mindbank employee. Independent contractors must be incorporated and maintain insurance coverage (including Worker’s Comp, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions). Mindbank employees receive training credits, 401-K profit sharing, and medical, vision, and dental insurance. Once on board, all consultants have access to our quality assurance program to ensure that each project runs as smoothly as possible.

Permanent Placement

In addition to short-term projects, Mindbank also places candidates in full-time, permanent positions with clients around the country. If you’re not interested in consulting but are looking for a change, we can help you find your next opportunity in the federal or private sector.

Temp-to-Perm

Under this option, a consultant starts a project as a Mindbank employee, then joins the client on a permanent basis. This allows for an evaluation period before signing on with a client full-time.
