• Discovery

Discovery Services are designed to help organizations identify their current radio system capabilities, evaluate the physical condition and performance of existing plant and equipment, and discover their radio system needs and requirements as the precursor to building out a new system or upgrading an existing system.

• Analysis

Analysis Services are appropriate for organizations that have been through the Discovery project phase or have made a comprehensive internal audit of their radio system equipment and needs. The Analysis services are designed to take the data regarding the current radio system condition, capabilities, and features and evaluate them in light of the organization’s stated radio system goals and requirements.

• Design

Mindbank provides a comprehensive set of radio system design services for organizations that have completed the Discovery and Analysis project phases or that have developed a detailed set of requirements in-house that fully characterize the desired function, operation, and performance of the radio system.

• Implementation

Mindbank provides a wide variety of system implementation services that can be combined as required to create a customized service solution tailored for radio systems consisting of a single base station or repeater to large-scale, regional or national radio networks. These services include installation of infrastructure and radio equipment, final installation inspection/acceptance of the completed work, network and terminal programming, final system integration, total system testing, end user training, and system handoff.

System Operation Services are designed to provide for the ongoing management, operations planning, enhancement, and maintenance of a radio system.
