Program and Project Management
Mindbank's past performance in this area includes:
- Conducting the engineering design for two new radio communications towers from raw land to site builds. These towers were designed to withstand Category 5 hurricanes for a government client.
- Obtaining a $3 million Public Safety Interoperability Communications (PSIC) Grant for a federal client.
- Developing a proprietary automated reporting tool to create customized audit and site survey reports for the government. This tool has been used to generate over 15,000 pages of information.
- Developing a strategic plan for radio systems for Southern Maryland Electrical Cooperative (SMECO), including propagation analysis and tower siting studies.
