JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mindbank Consulting Group is seeking an Acquistions Program Analyst for a favored client located in Shirlington, VA.
Candidate will be responsible for creating, tracking and monitoring all AE Program deliverables, milestones and performance metrics.
Primary Functions: Implement Value Engineering / Process Engineering for the program; Monitor contract performance for the program to include all contract and contractor deliverables; Contract liaison on all AE Programs; Evaluating on-going functional requirements and transforms into a functional design which will be used as a vender deliverable; Receive daily tasking from AE for additional support duties as needed; Collect inputs/outputs to from the government for the preparation of briefing slides; Support the technical design process, development, testing, and ultimately customer acceptance testing; Program mediator and arbitrates on behalf of AE in support of best practices; Advisor to AE1 on programming improvements and scheduling; Extensively asks for, gathers, consolidates comments on program source documents; Review and monitor all AE programs for quality and control; Establish transformation plans for the program as needed; Provide risks management for all programs, reports findings and results to AE for improvements reporting findings; Present designs to the customer team for review; Assist with the set-up and testing of specific enhancements as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Technical Requirements: SME for Acquisitions to include purchasing, contracting and finance; Requirements analysis and functional design development for the customer's Procurement System; Perform without established procedures, which may include a variety of non-standard complex tasks within the acquisitions arena. Candidate must have been subjected to a government security investigation and must have met eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
