JOB DESCRIPTION:
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining criteria. Plans approaches to achieve results and handles non-routine issues following broad policy of precedents. Ensures Budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations. Directs the coordination with various organization to ensure timely delivery of customers service. Manages compliance in the documented Program Management Process and provides active support and feedback in it's evolution. Define the overall project plan. Work with customers and the KMC team to translate business objectives, user needs and anticipated Lifecycle demands into a set of capability requirements. Adapt the project to changing requirements as necessary or as opportunity arises. Organize the project into well-defined components. Establish a task list, schedule and budget for each component. Negotiate firm commitments from those responsible for components and individual tasks. Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery. Flag high-risk areas and energize or deploy new resources as necessary to mitigate risks and keeps all tasks on track. Deliver the completed project on time and within budget. Manages multiple small-to medium projects and new product implementations. Coordinates and allocates resources.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to lead and direct various groups pursuing diverse initiatives. Knowledge of Dial Access, VoIP, Cable telecommunications. Experience with high profile and demanding customers. Thorough understanding of data communications, telecommunications, and networking. Extensive experience in Project Lifecycle Management. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
