JOB DESCRIPTION:
One of our government clients, is currently looking for a Proposal Manager. The primary purpose of the job is to manage the coordination, planning and design, writing and review processes as well as the production and submission of government and commercial proposals in written, oral and/or electronic formats. The proposal manager must encourage communication among team members, foster mutual trust, and strengthen the team's commitment to achieve the proposal effort's goals. Through strong leadership and direction, the proposal manager strives to set realistic team goals to get a high quality proposal effort done on time and within budget. Important that this individual be a self starter, capable of determining the direction of the proposal efforts must go and have the motivation to see these efforts through successfully.
