JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides functional expertise in the full lifecycle system implementation processes to formulate detailed specifications from which programs are coded, tested, debugged and documented. Also provides functional expertise for testing and training of end-users. May act as functional lead over assigned analytical staff. Must be a US Citizen, able to obtain a security clearance from customer. Performs system design from user functional requirements by translating development and/or maintenance requirements into specifications. Designs system, provides interpretive analyses, prepares flowcharts and associates diagrams/enhancement plans. Prepares system and integration test plans; conducts tests and confirms and documents results. Derives Testable Requirements from functional requirements specifications documentation. Creates Test Scenarios to verify testable requirements. Creates detailed Test Scripts to support Test Scenarios. Coordinates Test Execution with other Test Team participants. Coordinates test execution with external systems. Executes systems tests and documents results. Performs data validation using SQL Plus, PS Query or other Oracle DB tool. Documents software deficiencies, and participates in system and business process analysis. Prepares User Training Materials documenting and supporting functional requirements specifications and system functionality. Presents Training Materials to end-users. Participates in system cutover planning and facilitation. Supports End Users through Parallel Testing and initial system operations. Ensures that Systems Development Methodology (SDM) documentation is updated according to client standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years functional experience with PeopleSoft Financials Modules, specifically Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Projects, and General Ledger Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible related experience.
