JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with other team member to convert, develop, web-enable, test, integrate and document systems. Monitor/supervise/assist in the analysis of customer requirements. Monitor/supervise/assist in the development of alternate approaches to solving customer's problems. Monitor/supervise/assist in the presentation of alternatives with a recommendation. Monitor/supervise/assist in the training of customer users as necessary. Respond to unscheduled customer requests. The Technical Lead/Project Manager shall possess a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, in a lead or management role. This individual shall demonstrate ability to lead and manage technical oriented projects and personnel. The Project Manager duties will include but may not be limited to the following: Manage the Orizon personnel who are working on the contract. Set up additional procedures for Orizon's staff, with COTR's approval. Manage/monitor the scheduling of work and the production of deliverables. Act as mentor/coach to Orizon personnel, act as advisor to customer personnel. Initiate, maintain, and certify Orizon's time and attendance records; Provide status reports, budget updates and other communication as necessary to the Orizon Program Manager and other senior managers

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. 5 years experience in software development, analysis and testing. Experience with Microsoft Access, dot net, Visual Basic, SQL, Outlook and other standard software. Federal Client Experience. Ability to work effectively as part of a functional and technical team. Use of System Development Methodology life cycle process.
