JOB DESCRIPTION:
Citizenship is required. The J2EE Software Engineer will work directly with the client to define, and design their information technology needs and solutions. When development begins the SE will provide hands-on contributions to the systems development, testing, and implementation. The development methodology will comply with the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) with an expectation of achieving level 3 within the first 3 years of operation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Developer with strong J2EE knowledge, experience with Oracle 9iAS, PL/SQL, Toplink, Enterprise Manager, Java, Struts, SOAP, XML, X.509 certificates, web services. At minimum a related Bachelor's degree or applicable experience is required. Candidates will participate in n-layered application architecture, technical design, and implementation. Knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) a big plus. Outstanding written and verbal skills are required to interact with clients, senior management and developers. Must have clearable security, U.S. citizenship is required. Prior Federal work experience is highly desirable. No relocation is available for these positions. JAVA Solutions Architecture, Advanced Solution Development Framework, Javabeans, Java, Java Foundation Classes (JFC) required.
