JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Oracle 11i developer will work directly with the TSA to assess, define, and design their information technology needs and solutions. When development begins the Oracle 11i developer will provide hands on contributions to the systems development, testing, and implementation. The development methodology will comply with the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) with an expectation of achieving level 3 within the first 3 years of operation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Oracle 11i developer with strong database programmer background; experience with Oracle 9iAS, OC4J, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Enterprise Manager, 10g. Experienced CRM modules: teleservice - customer support, customer care. Must have U.S. citizenship and clearable security. At minimum a related Bachelor's degree or applicable experience is required.Understanding of the full system development life cycle. Knowledge of the Rational Unified Process (RUP) a big plus. Outstanding written and verbal skills are required to interact with clients, senior management and developers. Prior Federal work experience is highly desirable. No relocation is available for these positions. JAVA Solutions Architecture, Advanced Solution Development Framework, Javabeans, Java, Oracle Discover, Java Foundation Classes (JFC) required.
