JOB DESCRIPTION:
Information architecture and human factors (usability) experience is desirable. Experience with Oracle RDBMS a plus. Prior experience is in customer-facing role is required. Knowledge of RUP preferred. Reston, VA - US Citizen only.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Hands-on .NET/C#/ASP.NET architect/developer experienced in the analysis, design, and development of Web-based applications. Strong HTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT is required.
