JOB DESCRIPTION:
This one-week consulting engagement would be in the month of March 2005. This same consultancy will be repeated in April-May 2005 with different set of developers. During each part of this engagement, the consultant is expected to come prepared with necessary presentations/white papers/hand outs or teaching aids and ready to coach 6-8 Java developers to meet the project goals and keeping in mind the following objectives for each day of consultancy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
In order the make in-house Java developers to be more proficient in using industry best practices of J2EE and hence achieving the requirement of response time, security, portability and maintainability, we are seeking the help of a expert Java mentor/trainer on a consulting engagement.
