JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a technology-oriented consulting generalist to provide program management support.
Consultant will work with other members of Program Office to support program activities including management, development, product, service and reporting enhancements, development and management of new and existing reporting requirements for technical staff, service issue troubleshooting, user training, and technical writing. Major area of responsibility will be to continue development of the customer certification program. Incumbent can expect not more than 15% travel on an annual basis.
Position reports to Program Manager, and works with another subcontractor in support of the Program. Backup and support provided by other staff working onsite.
Position is full-time on site in DC. Project is an annually renewing support contract with high probability of renewal. Looking for a candidate who can commit to a project for a year or more. Sky is the limit for successful candidate to shine in position and "own" it for awhile.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
